We provide low-income housing for seniors over the age of 62. Our residents appreciate being close to shopping, dining and public transportation. Enjoy nature at Swan Creek Park, which is less than a mile from here, where they host a picnic area and hiking trails. You will be delighted with our beautiful apartment community.

International Place is proud to offer spacious one bedroom apartment homes for rent. Each has been designed with your comfort and convenience in mind. A few apartment features you can expect include having access to the common area that has a full kitchen, TV and computer lab. Each home is cable ready and has a patio or deck.
